Thank you for your interest in Bruno Pontiroli Store. The hereby document holds the conditions under which the use of this website is regulated. Terms and conditions apply, on the one hand, to Bruno Pontiroli, and, on the other, to the person/s whom acquire through our website any product.

Bruno Pontiroli reserves the right to revise and modify the hereby conditions at any moment, therefore the buyer must always read them before placing an order.

The Order
All orders presuppose acceptance of prices and product description. Product orders are subject to availability and, in this sense, if the product ordered is not in stock or available, Bruno Pontiroli will inform in short notice and buyer will be given the possibility to change the order or cancel it and request the refund of all costs paid.

To place an order, the buyer will have to use the purchase online method. Once the purchase has been completed, the buyer will receive an e-mail acknowledging receipt of the order (Order Confirmation).

Bruno Pontiroli reserves the right to cancel any order if some anomaly was observed in the order placement or if the information given by the buyer was not filled out correctly.

Prices & Payment
All prices indicated in this website are in Euros and include VAT, if applicable.

Prices exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs will be added to the total cost of the order, depending on item and delivery location.

If your purchase is done through brunopontiroli.com, all orders must be paid exclusively in Euros and using Stripe system.
